1 Introduction and Definitions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members are eligible for a 150% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (the original deposit plus the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each Member may benefit from the welcome bonus only once in their lifetime.
• A withdrawal requested after the bonus is activated may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if unused before it expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• 93bd9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion — in such cases, previously accumulated wagering progress will be taken into account.

6 Gaming Policy

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 93bd9 and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

8 Limitation of Liability

• Loss resulting from a Member's confidential information falling into the hands of others.
• Discontinuation of service due to a government or regulatory decision.

In any circumstance, 93bd9's total liability shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by the Member in question.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

93bd9 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

9.1 Closure by the Platform

• In the event of a breach of these terms.
• On suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false documents are provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time through the support team. Any legitimate funds remaining in the wallet must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming
